What is my order status?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This is our way of letting you know that we got your order! If you do not receive an e-mail with your tracking number, feel free to contact shop@unionproject.org at any time.

Do you have (insert item) in stock? 

If an item is not currently available on our website, it is marked sold out and not available to purchase. Please check back with us frequently. We update our stock levels on a regular basis.

Do you sell the Clay Case online?

We currently only sell Clay Cases on site at Union Project in Pittsburgh, PA for Pick up only. Please feel free to email us at shop@unionproject.org if you would like to order a Clay Case!

Can I sell my artwork in your store?

Right now, Union Project is only working with local artists from Western Pennsylvania and we are currently not accepting any submissions and requests. Thank you for considering us!

Do you offer gift certificates?

No, Union Project does not offer gift certificates at this time.

Can I expedite my order?

While we offer only USPS priority shipping services online, on a case by case basis we may be able to expedite your order. If you have any questions about whether your item is available to ship using express services and the additional shipping price to do so, please contact shop@unionproject.org for more information.
